The 2 guys who came where very professional, polite and lovely they arrived early in the morning which was amazing as it ment we could have the bouncy castle all day and they didn't pick it up untill late afternoon �..!

I even got a text the night before to let me know what time it was being delivered..!

Would 10000% recommend!!

Amazing for the price, the quality of the bouncy castle was mint and the kids absolutly loved it! It also came with an attachable roof for the wet weather �..!

We hired a bouncy castle from your company after being let down from another company I had already booked with. We were let down 24 hours before our party started and right away I found your company on Facebook.I booked using your online booking form(which was really easy to use),and got email confirmation within half an hour. The guys came to set the castle up and had it up and ready within 10 mins... the guys were really professional and gave me their number incase we had any problems...but we didn’t. The children had an amazing day & thanks to the help from staff at BCM my day was made a lot easier!!!!

We hired the vip disco bouncy castle today for my sons 8th birthday party! Well I can’t recommend this company enough, not only was the castle amazing because we could play all of our music through it but the service was spot on the lads are really professional no messing just put it straight up and made sure we could play our music before they left. Just got a castle as a last minute thing, BCM couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.
The delivery driver that came was so helpful as once it was up i realised i could not see the children if they where on it and happily turned it around for me! He even turned down a tip!

My very first time using BCM Hire and they were very efficient and also accommodating. I could see towards the end of the afternoon the kids would be very disappointed if the Paw Patrol Castle was taken away so I called them to keep it overnight instead. No problem at all and it turned out my son actually fell asleep on it at midnight as he didn't want to come off. Thank you BCM. My son thoroughly enjoyed his party. I will definitely use them again and the cost is so reasonable.

Fantastic response on booking very friendly and affordable. On the day of arrival of castle i did not read measurwments proply and the castle i wanted was not do able due to a tree in my garden i was gutterd but the great guy who brought it said we not going to leave ur girl with out a castle and he had a back up in the van i was sooo happy and it was perfect for my girla special day and she loved it...not many would of done that so i just want to say thank u so much for making my little girls party complete. Hired the disco castle with slide for my 3 year old's party and it was fab! Bluetooth music and disco lights made for a really fun atmosphere, efficient set up and take down and courteous service. Asked their advice in advance about a suitable inflatable for outdoors in October and this didn't disappoint, withstood storm Brian's gusts and the intermittent rain. Recommended!

I've had various bouncy castles from bcm over the last few years and they are amazing! My kids always have fun on the castles and the guys are always able to engage with them even tho they are busy. I changed my castle last minute this year, as I thought the original would be too small, this was not a problem for bcm all it took was an email and it was sorted. Nothing was too much for them. They even moved the castle about the garden for me so it could be closer to the house as it was raining even though they was ready to leave and we're extremely busy. They absolutely offer a 5* service and would recommend to anyone!

We used Bcm hire for the first time on Friday and they were AMAZING! we rang up last minute and they were at our house within 15mins. The children loved the bouncy castle with the slide. Ordered the 15ft slide for a treat for the kids and ended up with 16 kids the bloke dropped it of at 10.30 and didn't pick it up till 8pm it was well worth the money and it only cost £2.50 on my electric meter.will definitely hire from them again
